These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the appliance installation, maintenance, and repair services we provide for Air Conditioners (AC), Washing Machines, and Refrigerators. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

COOLCARE provides diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services for household appliances, specifically limited to ACs, washing machines, and refrigerators.

  • We strive to provide accurate timeframes, but arrival times are estimates and subject to change based on traffic or previous job delays.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the appliance is deemed unrepairable, poses a safety hazard, or if the working environment is unsafe.

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the premises during the service visit.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a standard cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic/inspection fee applies to all visits. This fee is often waived or applied toward the total cost if you proceed with the quoted repair.
  • Estimates: After diagnosing the issue, our technician will provide a quote for parts and labor before any work begins.
  • Payment: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work.

  • Labor Warranty: We provide a standard warranty on our labor starting from the date of service completion.
  • Parts Warranty: Any new parts installed by COOLCARE are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Exclusions: Warranties do not cover subsequent damage caused by misuse, power surges, water damage, or interventions by unauthorized third parties.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the appliance.
  • Ensure that any pets are secured away from the work area.
  • Secure all fragile items or valuables near the appliance being serviced.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in your home, COOLCARE shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages to the appliance or surrounding property.
  • Loss of food or perishables due to a malfunctioning refrigerator or freezer.
  • Incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of an appliance.

7. Changes to Terms

COOLCARE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
